Sunshine Seasons opened with the Land in 2005 (2005) after the Land's rehab and is sponsored by Nestle. It was originally named Sunshine Season Food Fair but with the rehab it had many changes. The restaurant has an open kitchen, five food stations and an Asian Wok shop. The Sunshine Seasons offers wood-fired grilled food and soups and salads grown in the greenhouse behind The Land. There is also the Asian Wok area, Mongolian barbecue, Cuban sandwiches, and a bakery.
