Disney's Beach Club Resort is located on the lagoon between Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. It is themed to look like Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Island. From the resort, you can walk to either Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios. The resort also shares amenities and a pool with Disney's Yacht Club Resort. The resort also has villas that are for the use of Disney Vacation Club[2].

The pool which is shared with Disney's Yacht Club Resort is one of the largest and deepest at Walt Disney World. It has a water slide, whirlpools, waterfalls and lazy river. The pool is one of the few that require guests to show identification that they are staying at the resort[3].

Currently the resort has 583 rooms with 549 of them having queen sized beds. 13 are king-sized and 21 have double beds. Only 288 rooms are non-smoking and 10 are disabled-accessible. The rooms average 380 square feet and allow up to 4 guests to stay in one room[4].
