La Vida Health Club is the first fitness center at a moderate resort. It is over 3,000 square feet and includes a 200 square foot sauna. Manicures, pedicures, facials, massages, tanning and personal training are also available.
The gym includes Cybex weight machines, free weights, step machines, treadmills, stationary bikes and Peacorps Transport cross training. Prior to June 1, 2004, guests had to pay to use the resort, but it is now free during a guests stay at Coronado Springs. Guests at other resorts can pay a $12 per day fee. Use of the facilities is also free if a guest purchases a spa treatment on the same day.
