Mickey's Birthdayland was a brand new land built between Fantasyland and Tomorrowland past the Tomorrowland Speedway. Guests could also get to the land by riding the Walt Disney World Railroad which was named the Mickey's Birthdayland Express during the celebration.
The land was originally developed to be a temporary land to be taken down after the birthday but was kept due to it's popularity. The land only took 90 days to setup and install.

After the celebration, the land was renamed Mickey's Starland.
