The Neon Armadillo offered live country and western music and features a southwestern decor. The room also featured a large brass chandelier in the shape of a spur and tables inlaid with Navajo blanket patterns. There was also two fajita bars and specialty drinks. Line dancing lessons were also offered at the club.[5]

The Neon Armadillo was a greenhouse for Merriweather Pleasure for his exotic plants he collected during his world travels.[6]
